A misty morning at a Pittsburgh park was the gorgeous setting for these portraits.  Weather is pretty much dicey year round in Pittsburgh so I always feel fortunate to arrive on shoot day to find sunshine--the misty/foggy quality was a bonus!! Of course the super cute family with great style helped too! Working with kids is the best!  While I was at the viewing appointment for this session, lovely Julia made me a piece of artwork... this girl certainly knows the way to my heart! Mom is a friend of mine from Mt. Lebanon Moms Network, so I already knew her little guy! I think it's pretty striking how Julia looks exactly like dad, and Ian looks just like mom! Beautiful clouds on this day! Such a 2-year-old thing to do... Check out this beautiful family/maternity portrait in front of a red barn in Pittsburgh, so pretty! 2 1/2-year-old Teagan and her mom and dad have lived in the Pittsburgh area for a few years now and they are expecting a little boy at the end of October. They recently moved to a house in the Upper St. Clair area, and that makes me so happy because Teagan and Jonah are buddies! I love this one: This is a great example of how a session location is SO important!  I have built up a solid list now and am super excited for all the family portraits I have coming up for fall!
