Sullivan Adventure is 1! | Pittsburgh Baby Photographer

Sully came to see me to celebrate his recent first birthday.  I shot his family portrait at Schenley Park this past fall and was so pleased to see how much this sweet little man has grown.  This photo on the left is one of my favorites because you can see his little hand saying “I am 1!”

Here we have the perfect grandparent photo, what an infections smile this kiddo has!

Sully dug into his cake alongside cheers and encouragement from mom and dad.  I think I heard someone say “You can do it! Just stick your face into it!” at one point.

Sadly, the Bartkowiaks moved to Alaska a couple weeks ago. I’m sure they will be very happy there and will make many new friends and memories, but they will certainly be missed in Pittsburgh!

Squirrel Hill Newborn Baby Alina | Pittsburgh Newborn Photographer

Newborn Baby Alina came to me a few weeks back for a simple & clean newborn portrait in the studio.  We chose rich blue, red, and grey tones for her portrait to keep the attention focused on her beautiful eyes, full head of hair, and perfect, soft baby skin!  What a sweetie!

Pittsburgh Maternity Photographer | Josh & Vanessa | Gender Reveal Portrait & Golden Hour Maternity

These two live in Mt. Lebanon and are expecting their first baby, a little boy, in June.  We did a “gender reveal” session a few months ago when Vanessa was barely showing:

Then we did their maternity session when Vanessa was closer to 7 months.  Golden hour maternity portraits are one of my absolute favorite types of sessions!  I would love to do portraits around this time of day with families, but currently sunset is after 8 pm and it gets even later toward the solstice in June–not usually the best time of day for the little ones, but so pretty out!!

Such a beautiful silhouette–love this location!  Vanessa’s hair is so gorgeous because she is a stylist in Downtown Pittsburgh.

These guys are a lot of fun to work with and I am super excited about there newborn session next month.  I got a peek at the nursery and it’s on its way to being so adorable!
