This family came to me by way of one of the auctions I did for the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation.  It was a refreshing change of pace to work with older “kids,” and while I do love chasing around toddlers & babies, I hope to connect with more families with middle-high school aged kids!

This spring I had the honor of volunteering my photography services for another event held by the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation.  I have done several events for them now and they are always a pleasure to work with.  It is a strong personal goal and mission of my business to provide service whenever possible to help kids & families in need.

The evening began with a lovely dinner and with speakers, both patients and doctors at the Hearing Center.

The event was called Casino Royale, so following dinner there was a casino night!  Lots of lovely guests. and even a photobomber!

I had the pleasure of joining the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation for another fabulous event!  This one took place at Inventionland, in Fox Chapel area of Pittsburgh on Valentine’s Day, 2014.  This event was sponsored by Direct Energy and by many other gracious organizations and selfless people who donated their time and energy to coordinate and plan this event.

The live auction was my favorite part, and this auctioneer was very persuasive!  Funds raised went to the Family Life Auxiliary at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
